Toressa Outlaw, Assistant Vice President of Fulfillment and Mail Operations
Manages the daily production of client follow-up mail and client data reporting. She has over 10 years of experience in managing mail and data operations for CAPTEL – joining the company on its founding in 1997. Prior to CAPTEL, Outlaw was an Administrative and HR Assistant for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and worked in retail sales as well as volunteered in the public schools helping children with special needs. She is a graduate of TESST Technology Institute.
