CAPTEL considers its representatives' presentation the key to a successful telephone campaign, and therefore, conducts extensive training of its representatives prior to launching each project. Presentation skills are continuously evaluated and enhanced through workshops and follow-up training sessions. Furthermore, the company's entrepreneurial environment encourages its representatives to seek the highest degree of client response and satisfaction.

The company welcomes the participation of its clients in the training process and invites them to Washington, Baltimore or Wyoming for in-house training sessions with supervisors and key employees.
