Hours of Operation

CAPTEL's Washington and Baltimore Call Centers operate seven days a week:

MONDAY-FRIDAY from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
SATURDAYS from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
SUNDAYS from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

The company's Western Regional Offfice in Wyoming serves clients weekdays from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (Mountain time).

Additional evening hours are available for client projects devoted to PACIFIC and ROCKY MOUNTAIN time zone calling.
