CAPTEL’s association membership clients also utilize the company’s telephone contact services to market and sell annual meeting or conference registrations.  Busy executives and professionals occasionally forget or do not have the time to register for an important annual meeting.  A call from a CAPTEL representative on the client’s behalf is a welcome reminder and provides members with a convenient way to register for the meeting or conference over the phone.

In addition, we assist associations in placing reminder calls to members who may benefit from continuing education or special certification programs.  Again, CAPTEL representatives assist members in completing their registrations and provide further details on offered programs, whether they are in a classroom setting or conducted via  webinars.
